something about Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

1, Mycoplasma Pneumoniae @ Uniprot
http://www.uniprot.org/docs/mycpn
# note that this place has a lot of comprehensive interesting documents

2, Annotation of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae's genome
http://coot.embl.de/Annot/MP/
and also the paper on NAR:
http://nar.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/28/17/3278
# note that this is hosted at Bork's group!
As you can see, Mpn245 is def and Mpn 246 is gmk here. However in their Science paper came out at Nov. 2009, they were wrongly mapped as Mpn246 -> def and Mpn 245 -> gmk
This takes quite a long time to figure out!
