Skype causes HTML format lost when pasted to word 2010?

It was very frustrating when I found that my Word lost format of copied HTML contents. I did a lot of research on internet but found nothing helpful.

I checked the software I installed just before the first time I noticed the problem and caught Skype. I uninstalled it and now it is fine.

Is that you, Skype?
