chain-termination sequencing

1, the basic idea of chain-termination sequencing and development of using labeled terminator, which is the main stream of current sequencing method, although is replacing now by NGS

2, see the right, labeled terminator could reduce four separate experiments into one

3, capillary eletrophoresis is the currently main method in readout.

Current chain-termination sequencing method has bad quality at the first 15~40 bases, and it also deteriorates after 700~900 bases.
